GUARANTEE #1 You have the sole option to cancel your Listing Agreement at any time
you feel you have not received Premium Quality Service. Prior to canceling I would
request that you give me 24 hours to rectify the problem.
GUARANTEE #2 I will return all your calls as soon as possible.
GUARANTEE #3 I will follow up every showing and you will receive feedback no less
than once a week.
GUARANTEE #4 You will receive communication from me every week from the listing date
to update you on market conditions.
GUARANTEE #5 Your property will be advertised every week for the duration of the listing.
GUARANTEE #6 You will be given as much notice before each showing as possible and it
will be at your convenience that each showing is approved. Lock box combinations will be
released only through the Agents office on return calls to them.
GUARANTEE #7 As your personal Burlington REALTOR®, I will work diligently to attract an offer
acceptable to you, on your property in a reasonable amount of time with a minimum of inconvenience
to you. I will continue to be your personal REALTOR® after closing with a commitment to help
You with any future real restate needs.
GUARANTEE #8 You will always receive prompt, courteous and professional service from
me and it will always be understood that Your ultimate satisfaction is my #1 goal.
By appointment, I will make my service available to you at your convenience so all issues important
to you are addressed.
GUARANTEE #9 In my absence, I will arrange for your business to be dealt with by
another full time professional REALTOR® who shares the same commitment for service as I do.
GUARANTEE #10 On closing I will make a donation to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
