About Laurence Mongeau

Growing up in her native Montreal, Laurence's natural talent for style was influenced by the city's renowned fashionable culture.

Laurence relocated to Toronto in 1988, where she attended and graduated in Advertising and Marketing Management from Ryerson. Following that she went on to the International Fashion Academy of Toronto.

She has more than 20 years of sales and marketing, as an account executive at an Ad Agency, as well as experience successfully running her own Flower Shop for a few years.

Laurence honed her skills at Danier Leather, managing a boutique in the Greater Toronto area. There she was recognized for her sales productivity, achieving and exceeding the company's expectations.  She then joined Mainstream Clothier, specializing in high-end sales for women.

With her strong people and organizing skills and her flair for interior design, Laurence is a natural for the real estate industry.  The amount of energy and care she puts into every client relationship demonstrates her loyalty and is unsurpassed.  Through her knowledge and dedication, Laurence can make the process easier for her clients. She believes that communication is key to building relationships in the very important buying and selling process is of the utmost importance.

Laurence was quick to attain her ASP (Accredited Staging Professional REALTOR^®) designation in order to incorporate her love of interior design and her love of real estate.  When you walk through an Open House hosted by Laurence, you know it!
